The Gathering of the “Mature Basket Ball Players” at Misericordia
On the 7th of May 2016, the Scuola Grande della Misericordia hosted the eighth national meeting of the “Mature Basket Ball Players”, organized by retired champions. The “Mature Baskettari” are a group of players, coaches, managers and referees, who have written the history of Italian Basket-Ball from the sixties till the mid-eighties. A day with the goal of proactively relive that glorious past, offering its testimony and its sporting values to the new generations.
